I like the part where
it gets complicated.

The form with a hundred rules.
The map that needs to do more.
The old system that still matters.

I’ve worked across aviation, UK Government, defence, enterprise platforms and consumer ticketing. The domain changes. The challenge is often familiar: make a complicated task easier to do.

My work spans hands-on React and TypeScript development, frontend architecture and technical leadership. I care about how a feature feels to use and how it feels to maintain six months later.

HOW I APPROACH THE WORK
Understand the workflow

Start with what someone is trying to get done: the decisions, the exceptions and the points where the interface gets in the way.

Make the pieces fit

Think through state, component boundaries and data flow together, so a local change makes sense in the wider application.

Help the team move forward

Use reviews, mentoring and technical conversations to make the reasoning behind an implementation easier to share.
